New Home!
Studio Soiree has found a home and is opening March 2nd!

Our Studio is an amazing location near 9th East off 21st South at 2021 S. Windsor in the Sugarhouse district of Salt Lake City, and what a beautiful space. We are growing very quickly and Lizz and Niqui are working double-time and with the assistance from the rest of our team, we have an incredible gift to share with the Women of Salt Lake. We are extremely grateful to all of the experts on our team and we are all loving watching this fall into place. There is just no way to thank you all for the inspiration and motivation you have given us to see this to fruition.

Soiree for One
To support the demand for our Valentine's Day special, the Soiree for One, we have added more classes. This class is so hot, so well taught, and is structured around making you feel and look your very best. Those of you who are planning on attending and learning how to perform for One are in for a treat. This class will make you sweat, blush, laugh, and will gently escort you to "The Rhythm of You". Soiree for One proves to bring the Goddess out in all who venture there! After taking this class, you'll have all the tools you need to host a steamy one-on-one Soiree, and to choreograph your own routines. Get ready, this is the best workout and most fulfilling journey, we can't wait to share it.

Teaser
Our Teaser class is our orientation class structured to introduce you to Pole Fitness, safety and 12 pole tricks, transitions and floor moves! The moves and tricks taught are compatible with every body type and is a must for the beginning Pole Diva to get you oriented with what you will be doing in our offered courses and also to give you your first taste of this awesome method of fitness. Keep checking our site for pre-registration for classes, class schedule updates and what we are about. We will confirm registration with payment so please ensure your spot (aka: Pole), promotional price and preferred class time are reserved.

Hot Tip
We encourage all of you to focus on your posture.
Upper body strength is key to Pole Work, so find excuses to use your arms and start to strengthen them. Some suggestions:

• Carry your groceries to the car rather than use the shopping cart and use them to do some curls or shoulder shrugs on the way.
• Focus on your biceps when lifting your children, and do so with a controlled, purposeful motion.
• Sneak in a few push-ups in while watching TV. Knees counts!
• Get yourself a stress-ball and show it no mercy!
See you next month, in class!

HAVE A WONDERFUL NEW YEAR!
